RFR is a Canadian gem of a show that ran from 2003 to 2006. It tells the story of four high school students who utilize their private radio station to broadcast their voices.

Who is Lily Randall?
Lily's a girly-challenged tomboy who hangs out with the guys. She is, however, definitely a girl's girl.
